Product packaging
Hydrogen chloride gas is a strong irritant, non-flammable gas, highly corrosive after dissolving in water. The product is packaged in high pressure special cylinder, in liquid state. The special cylinder is seamless steel cylinder, polished inside the cylinder. The bottle valve is corrosion resistant 316L stainless steel diaphragm valve. The nominal pressure of the cylinder is 15MPa, and the working pressure is 5 to 6MPa.
Transportation loading and unloading requirements
1. When transporting and loading and unloading hydrogen chloride cylinders, the bottle cap must be worn, loaded and unloaded lightly, and throwing, sliding, rolling and touching are strictly prohibited.
2, the user's own special car to pull goods, cylinders in the car should be placed flat, bottle mouth in the same direction, and properly fixed, bottle stack height shall not exceed five layers, and shall not exceed the height of the car; The consignor entrusted by the user shall entrust the unit with the transportation qualification of hazardous chemicals and sign an agreement to ensure the safe transportation of cylinders.
Storage requirements
1, storage of hydrogen chloride cylinders should be ventilated, dry, avoid direct sunlight, no trenches, tunnels, open fire is strictly prohibited, away from heat sources.
2, the cylinder should be placed vertically, wearing a bottle cap, properly fixed, to prevent dumping.
